MAXIMIZE VOLUME with a Look-a-head Brickwall Maximizer
    The look-a-head Brickwall Limiter/Maximizer actually looks ahead a few milliseconds
    and bases its compression/limiting parameters on what it sees.
    The results are no peaks above Digital Zero and Maximum Volume
